A beef flavoured biltong spice blend with top notes of coriander and black pepper an pimento
Use 40 - 50g of biltong spice per 1kg of meat. Mix or tumble the spice, meat & any additional ingredients together. Leave overnight to marinate. Mix or tumble again & hang. Dry to 40-60% moisture loss.
