• 40 - 50 g Safari® Biltong per kg of cut meat.
Instructions: use 40-50 g spice per Kg meat. Sprinkle the meat with vinegar, then sprinkle with seasoning. Lie on a tray for 2-4 hours, turning every 30 minutes. Hang to dry.
Ingredients: Flavouring, maize flour, maize meal, colourants, flavouring (celery), MSG (flavour enhancer), hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm fruit), anti-caking agent, acidity regulator, antioxidant (TBHQ), salt, spices, sugar. Preservative potassium sorbate.
