• Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered (based upon the tracking information), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• Proof of purchase must be available.
• To be eligible for a return, it must be in the original packaging, and if any contents are missing, it must be consistent with the complaint, if any (returning an empty bag and complaining you didn't like it is not acceptable).
• Generally, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In some cases, at our sole discretion, we may agree to cover shipping costs, depending on the nature of the refund or exchange, such as whether there was any error on our part.
• In many cases we encourage you to be in touch about your problem or concern, for example by emailing us a picture of the problem or defect. However we reserve the right to require the item be returned for us to honour the refund or exchange.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable number of days.
• Shipping costs are generally non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping of your order may be deducted from your refund depending on the nature of the refund.
