Shipping Policy

Delivery PolicyDelivery Time
We ship all orders within Australia using Australia Post Express Post to get orders to you as fresh and quickly as possible.
Where possible, we dispatch all orders the next business day (excluding Fridays, except where we dispatch to postcodes where delivery is possible on a Saturday or if your order contains products that aren't time-sensitive. This exclusion is to prevent our delicious fresh products from sitting around a post office all weekend in uncontrolled conditions).

In cases where dispatch is delayed by more than 1 business day, we will inform you by email by the 3rd business day with a reason for the delay.

Delivery Address Accuracy and Completion

Our delivery services (Australia Post etc) require an accurate and complete shipping address for your order.
If the address is a business address, you must include your business name.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an error with your address, we have the right to request payment for shipping your order again.

If you discover an error with your shipping address, simply contact us at sales@biltong.com.au and we will try to rectify it in time.

International Deliveries to Singapore and New Zealand
Shipping to Singapore and New Zealand is enabled on the website: simply select your country during check-out. 
For other countries, shipping of meat products may not be possible. Please contact us if you think we can ship to your country.
